Aarogya Jyoti Foundation · India

Science-led healthcare.
Dignity for every patient.

Bridging the gap between scientific innovation and equitable access to cancer diagnostics, clinical research and precision healthcare.

SCIENCE · COMPASSION · ACCESS
OUR PURPOSE
From discovery to dignity.Making precision healthcare more accessible to the people who need it.
Why we exist

Advanced healthcare should not be a privilege.

Scientific breakthroughs matter most when they reach people who need them. We aim to connect research, clinical institutions and community support to help close gaps in diagnostic access.

“Where scientific excellence meets compassion, meaningful healthcare equity becomes possible.”

Aarogya Jyoti Foundation is building a long-term, partnership-driven approach to more inclusive cancer and precision healthcare in India.

01 / Our mission

Bring advanced diagnostics within reach.

To improve access to timely, affordable and scientifically robust diagnostics through patient assistance, responsible biomarker research, clinical collaborations and strengthened healthcare infrastructure.

02 / Our vision

A healthier future, without barriers.

To help create an India where income, location or social circumstances do not determine whether a person can benefit from high-quality cancer detection and precision healthcare.

What we aim to build

Four pillars. One purpose.

A connected model that combines direct patient benefit with sustainable scientific and clinical capacity.

PILLAR 01

Patient access & assistance

Develop pathways for subsidized diagnostic services and support for underserved patients through eligible clinical partners.

PILLAR 02

Biomarker discovery

Support rigorous, clinically relevant research to discover and independently validate biomarkers for cancer and other serious diseases.

PILLAR 03

Laboratory infrastructure

Build shared multi-omics and molecular research capabilities with appropriate quality, biosafety and data-management systems.

PILLAR 04

Clinical partnerships

Work with hospitals, clinicians, research centres and public-health institutions to translate evidence into responsible care pathways.

Our model

From research to meaningful patient benefit.

Our proposed approach connects scientific evidence with clinical decision-making, while keeping qualified healthcare professionals at the centre.

01

Identify unmet needs

Partner with hospitals and communities to understand diagnostic access gaps.

02

Generate evidence

Conduct ethical, protocol-driven biomarker research and clinical studies.

03

Validate responsibly

Assess analytical and clinical performance before wider use.

04

Expand access

Support clinician-led deployment and affordable patient pathways where appropriate.

Our proposed 2027–2031 journey

A roadmap built for lasting impact.

An ambitious five-year development plan, subject to funding, institutional partnerships, approvals and operational readiness.

2027

Establish the foundation

Build governance systems, secure hospital partnerships, design the central laboratory and initiate the first cancer biomarker programme.

2028

Build & activate

Commission laboratory capabilities, strengthen teams and expand ethically approved research cohorts and analytical workflows.

2029

Validate & connect

Advance independent biomarker validation, data quality systems and regional clinical and diagnostic partnerships.

2030

Expand reach

Scale eligible patient assistance, multicentre research and regional access pathways based on evidence and resources.

2031

Measure & sustain

Evaluate health and access outcomes, strengthen quality systems and establish long-term programme sustainability.

Planning note: These are proposed milestones, not completed activities or guaranteed clinical or funding outcomes.
Our resource vision

Investing in capacity. Investing in people.

Our indicative five-year financial plan combines major research infrastructure with biomarker programmes, clinical validation, patient access and responsible operations.

Our commitments

Trust is part of the science.

We intend to build every programme around patient welfare, ethical research, transparent financial stewardship and independently verifiable outcomes.

Patient dignity & consent

Respect informed consent, clinical oversight and appropriate protections for participants.

Data privacy & responsible research

Apply applicable privacy rules, ethical approvals and appropriate security safeguards.

Transparent procurement & conflicts management

Use documented, fair-value contracting and independent review of related-party arrangements.
